Are your products organic? +
Yes! All of our chocolate products are certified organic.
How can I track my order? +
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email that says we are processing your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Go to the
Fedaron Order Tracking page, provide your order number or tracking number, and you can track your package in real-time.
How long does it take for a package to arrive? +
We process your orders as quick as possible. Once the product is shipped, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for UPS, FeDex or USPS to deliver your package. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days.
If you live in New York (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx or Staten Island), then it usually takes 1-2 business days.
Do you have a retail store? +
We do not have retail store. We sell only online at this time.
What is your return and refund policy? +
Fedaron
Refund Policy does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refund of any kind on any items offered for sales in our stores.
Exception: We only accept exchanges for product if the incorrect item was shipped to.

Can I ship internationally? +
We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on this.
Why do I have to buy an ice pack? +
We highly recommend ice packs if your package is being shipped to or through an area over 70°F (+21°C) degrees.
How long do your chocolates last? +
Our chocolates will have a best by 10-12 months from the date of production. Please store your chocolate in a cool, dry place to maintain its best condition. Recommended temperature is 65-68°F (18-20° C) and humidity range is 50-60%.
